On ctv W5 this weekend they had a segment on internet ad scams. The teeth whitener and belly fat ads are clearly scams. This reporting is very good. My questions is why does google allow these advertisers when there have been so many complaints?
They traced much of this to a multimillionaire in Edmonton.

According to W5 Willms already paid settlement fees to several large corporations. I wonder if he paid anything to Google? I refer to the ads that I saw like this:
